In The Beginning ...
I'm often asked how I started in my magic career, and less often I am asked about the beginnings of magic. But it happened so often I wanted to find out.
Was it invented?
Or was it discovered?
How do we know? Have they dug up some props? Are there any drawings or fossils or what?
Well, I discovered very little. And I believe that a general acceptance that it began in Early Egyptian times because that's when images were made within ancient tombs has stopped further thinking. It's my belief that magic started way way before that and later I'll explain my personal thoery and why all the other books and reports I've read, without exception, are wrong!
I can't be the only one who thinks that way, but WHY isn't is more widely published and accepted? Maybe it will be if we keep giving some 'heads up' and 'shout outs' about it.
